Copyright and Trademark Complaints

XtraSens respects the intellectual property rights of others and has taken great care to ensure that such rights are not infringed. If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or represent a trademark owner) and you believe that your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes an infringement, you may notify us by providing the following information:

Name of Company
Contact information (including email address)
List of copyrights and trademark(s) at issue and the country/countries in which they are used or registered
A description of the allegedly infringed work, including (if available) the URL, Path or other specific location where the copyrighted work may be found for comparison.
Your relationship to the owner of the allegedly infringed work (e.g., owner, authorized representative)
Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrights or trademarks described above are not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner or its agent, nor is such use otherwise permissible under law."
Include the following statement: "I represent that the information in this notification is true and correct and that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
