How do I install Retina™?
After you have purchased the Retina Plug-In you will receive an e-mail from XtraSens with a unique serial number and transaction ID for your product. The e-mail contains a link to the XtraSens web site where you can download the product. Please keep the e-mail as a proof of purchase for your records.
Follow the instructions in the e-mail and download the software from the web site. Should the download not complete correctly you can perform up to three download attempts. If the problem persists please contact our support team at www.xtrasens.com/support/.
After you have saved the installation file to your disk drive, please make a backup copy. To install the Retina Plug-In execute "SetupRetina.exe" by double clicking on the file in the target directory and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
